Waiting for spring.

I had planned on the next post being about building on The Gulch, but every time it starts drying out enough, here comes a storm. Since I feel semi-committed here is a post.

I saw this at Morrigan’s and thought it looked fun.

  1. What the hell is lapidary?

    And tagging is essentially saying, “tag, you’re it, ” meaning the people you name are to complete the exercise or meme on their own blog. It is essentially a chain letter for bloggers.

  2. We lived in Alaska for years, it is a beautiful place.
    There are times when I really miss it.

  3. Lapidary is working in stone (semi/precious), such as tumbling, carving, cabochons, faceting etc.

  4. Lapidary work, eh? That IS pretty cool (insert geology-related geeky commentary here…).
